Is there a need to revolutionise our INBOUND TOURISM ???

FACT – A lot significant changes that have occurred in the way tourists plan and book their travel in recent years.
These changes have had a number of important implications for the tourism industry, including:

  1. Increased competition: The rise of online travel agents and booking platforms has increased competition within the tourism industry, as it has become easier for travelers to compare prices and options from multiple providers. This has led to increased pressure on traditional travel agents and tour operators to improve their services and offer competitive pricing.
  2. Greater convenience for travelers: The revolution in inbound tourism has made it easier for travelers to plan and book their trips, as they can access a wide range of information and make reservations online. This has increased the convenience and flexibility of travel for many people.
  3. Changes in distribution channels: The rise of online booking platforms and the proliferation of mobile devices has changed the way that tourism products are distributed and sold. This has led to the development of new distribution channels and business models, such as the sharing economy, which has disrupted traditional models of tourism.
  4. Improved customer experience: The revolution in inbound tourism has led to the development of new technologies and services that are designed to improve the customer experience. This might include things like virtual reality experiences, personalized recommendations, and social media integration.

Overall, the revolution in inbound tourism has had a number of important implications for the tourism industry, including increased competition, greater convenience for travelers, changes in distribution channels, and improved customer experiences.

Therefore due to the above reasons, I personally think in order to enhance our inbound tourism ; we need to revolutionise our inbound business
